Appointment Booking Terms & Conditions
At MedPlus Clinic, we are committed to providing the highest standard of medical and dental care while ensuring timely appointment availability for all our patients. To allow appropriate clinician time and treatment planning, patients are kindly asked to select the correct appointment or treatment type when booking.
Appointments can be booked online via our website or by contacting our Patient Support Team. By making a booking, patients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
How to Book an Appointment
Appointments may be booked:

- In person, subject to availability
Some appointments may require advance payment or a deposit, which will always be communicated at the time of booking.

This is due to clinicians having subsequent scheduled appointments.
